By creating an account or using Beauty Analyzer AI ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the app. These terms apply to all visitors and users of the service.
Beauty Analyzer AI provides AI-generated beauty analysis, skin assessment, personalized color palettes, and makeup recommendations based on photos you upload. Our analyses are informational and cosmetic in nature — they are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and should not replace professional medical or dermatological guidance.
Premium is a recurring monthly or yearly subscription billed in advance through our payment provider (Paddle). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the recurring fee until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the current paid period. Prices may change with reasonable notice.
You agree to provide accurate information, to use only your own photos or photos you have permission to use, and not to misuse the service. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to access our systems in an unauthorized way, or use the app for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in abusive, fraudulent, or harmful conduct. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately, except that data retained for legitimate business or legal reasons may be kept as described in our Privacy Policy.
Beauty Analyzer AI and its analysis are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its recommendations. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
